We are pleased to invite you to our next webinar, to be held in collaboration with Richardsons Chartered Accountants, on the topic of The Key Differences and Considerations between SEIS and EIS.
The webinar will provide an overview of SEIS and EIS, some worked examples of investments using each scheme showcasing how the benefits work in real-life, as well as any fallout from the Spring Statement. It will also examine the practicalities of using the SEIS/EIS scheme, including how it appears on the tax return, how to claim loss relief and how to carry back. There will also be the opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
The webinar will be held online at 1pm on Thursday 27th March 2025 and will be led by Jemima King and Laura Hankey of Richardsons, and moderated by Jens Tholstrup of Oxford Innovation Finance.
