Our investment process

At Oxford Innovation Finance we work closely with innovative companies right across the UK to prepare and position them for success:

Registration & Initial Review
Submit your company details and pitch deck. Our team will assess your eligibility and fit with our investor network.
Founder Discovery Call
If eligible, we’ll invite you to a call to explore your growth plans and funding needs.
Pitch Preparation & Feedback
Selected companies will receive guidance to refine their pitch and ensure it resonates with investors.
Investor Showcase
You’ll have the opportunity to present at one of our Showcase events and be introduced to relevant angels in our network. There is a presentation fee of £450 + VAT and a small success fee (i.e. 6% of funds raised) upon investment. The success fee is only charged when an investment is made.
Ongoing Support
Even after investment, we’re here to help – from follow-on funding to strategic introductions.

Company registration

Ready to get started? Registering your company with us is quick and straightforward. We’ll ask you to complete a short form, upload your pitch deck and executive summary, and provide a few key details about your business and funding needs.

Once submitted, our team will review your application and respond within 7–10 working days. We recommend registering early so we can provide you with any feedback and ensure you’re showcase-ready.
