The Oxford Innovation EIS Growth Fund 2025/26 offered investors quarterly closes and is now closed for investment. Each investors portfolio may vary depending on when they invested in the Fund, investments completed include:

CharterSync

CharterSync is revolutionising the air cargo industry with its asset-light, digital-first approach. Led by seasoned cargo experts, the company has built a proven, profitable business model powered by proprietary technology. Having launched in the UK and US markets, CharterSync’s scalable platform offers genuine competitive advantages, positioning the company for strategic global expansion.

HoxtonAI Logo

HoxtonAi is a Cloud AI platform converting raw video and audio streams into operational improvements in physical spaces. It combines plug & play sensors with a cloud-AI infrastructure to give businesses access to the latest models wherever they are in the world, increasing revenue and reducing cost. The proprietary platform turns raw, unstructured data (e.g. video and audio) into actionable insights to drive staffing, ticketing and sales optimisation.

Cyjax

CYJAX deliver analyst-enriched intelligence that’s validated, concise, and prioritised so your team knows what matters, why it matters, and what to do next. No more endless feeds or generic reports. CYJAX filters and summarises the global threat landscape, giving overwhelmed and under-resourced security leaders actionable insights, not noise.

Semarion

Semarion, a Cavendish Lab spin-out, accelerates drug discovery with its SemaCyte microcarrier technology. The platform enables cell multiplexing, freezing, and assay miniaturisation, delivering tenfold increases in throughput and sixfold cost reductions. With paid pilots from AstraZeneca and UCB, and a collaboration with Revvity, they are scaling strong early traction into high-margin revenue.

Porpoise Power

Porpoise Power’s bio-inspired generator opens up tidal stream power to be a large scale replacement for gas as baseload power. Tidal streams provide predictable power. Porpoise Power’s device harnesses this through a simple fin, controlled by an elevon on the tips. It delivers an energy cost equivalent to offshore wind, yet predictable and closer to market. The design is easy to deploy, environmentally friendly and uses existing marine technology, so resistant to storms and seawater.

Circular11

Circular11 has developed an intelligent manufacturing system that turns unrecyclable plastics into carbon-negative composites, using machine-learning to adapt their manufacturing line to post-consumer variation in real-time. Circular11 aim to redefine plastic lumber as one of the critical materials of the net-zero transition, whilst creating a circular recycling pathway for the majority of plastic waste streams that cannot be separated and recycled.

SMG (Silicon Microgravity) leads in high-precision MEMS inertial and gravity sensors, delivering unmatched accuracy, compact design, and low power consumption. Their resonant MEMS technology surpasses conventional solutions, driving advancements in autonomous navigation, aerospace, defence, and subsurface exploration. Backed by over a decade of research and a growing patent portfolio, SMG is redefining motion and gravity sensing for the future.

Exact Comms provides a fully contactless system that uses Bluetooth beacons and staff-worn tags to verify attendance and compliance automatically, without Wi-Fi. Facility management companies lose billions due to inaccurate attendance data and human error from tap, scan or app-based systems. Exact Comms system removes taps, scans, apps or manual sign-ins, creating accurate and tamper-proof records. This eliminates human error and gives facility managers reliable data they can trust.
