Now in its sixth year, the EIS Growth Fund builds on a strong track record of connecting investors with carefully selected early-stage businesses with significant growth potential. The Fund will provide investors with access to a diversified portfolio of early-stage and high-growth companies, carefully selected through Oxford Innovation Finance’s rigorous due-diligence process and leveraging the deep experience of its OION angel network –the UK’s most active angel investor community.
Since its inception in 2021, the Oxford Innovation EIS Growth Fund has supported a diverse range of innovative companies across the UK, helping founders to scale solutions that address global challenges while harnessing the potential tax incentives of the UK’s Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).

- A diversified portfolio of 6 to 12 innovative UK science and technology companies selected for strong growth potential.
- A structured investment deployment over 12–18 months following each close.
- Investment opportunities sourced through a wide network of sector specialists, investors and founders, enhancing deal flow quality.
