OION, Oxford Innovation Finance’s angel investment network, returned to Blenheim Palace for its in-person ‘Pitch@Blenheim Palace’ Showcase event in September, providing its diverse investor community with the opportunity to meet nine carefully selected businesses of the future.
OION’s Showcase events have a strong track record of securing investment for presenting businesses from its members, giving access to value that goes deeper than just capital. OION’s previous in-person Showcase event at Blenheim Palace, in September 2022, assisted five of the nine presenting companies in successfully raising angel investment, with a total of £452,000 secured from the OION network.
The ‘Pitch@Blenheim Palace’ event which provides high-quality early-stage businesses with the chance to present their innovative ideas and solutions to an in-person audience of experienced angel investors, delivers a pivotal platform for those Founders seeking both finance and experienced support.

OION’s ‘Pitch@Blenheim Palace’ event offers each of the carefully selected early-stage businesses a chance to present their current investment opportunity to its experience investor audience as part of a quick-fire pitching round and is followed by an extensive networking session, allowing businesses and investors the opportunity to connect.

Reg Metrics – A cloud-based software enabling innovators to develop device-specific regulatory strategies, making regulatory compliance easier and faster.
Automated Architecture AUAR – A web-based software platform, robotic manufacturing process and franchised business model for building sustainable, high-quality and affordable timber housing.
Kaldi – A fintech solution working to transform the finances of Gen Z and Millennials by helping them to save earlier and better.
Cyjax – An established cyber threat intelligence SaaS technology platform uncovering and identifying threats surfacing from anywhere in the world including fraudulent and criminal activity.
