With over 30 years of experience, Oxford Innovation Finance has a proven track record of successfully connecting investors to the right companies by understanding the requirements of both. Our business angel network was one of the first to be established in the UK. Today, it is one of the largest and most active with over 700 investors.
Through our sister companies, Oxford Innovation Space and Oxford Innovation Advice, and our relationships with leading universities, we are well-connected to a network of emerging businesses with high-growth potential. This enables us to identify and source an attractive, regular flow of investment opportunities with the potential to deliver high rewards. The majority of these are EIS and SEIS eligible, which offer tax relief benefits.

Ways to invest with us
Our Angel Network
You can invest directly in early-stage companies by joining our angel investment network, known as OION. We carefully select the most promising science and tech companies from across the UK to present our members with a choice of high quality investment opportunities at our exclusive online and in-person Showcase events. You choose when, where and how much to invest.
Our EIS Growth Fund
Our Oxford Innovation EIS Growth Fund offers you the opportunity to invest a minimum of £10,000 in a curated portfolio of 6-12 high-potential science and technology businesses. The fund offers investors quarterly closes with each investor’s investment deployed over the subsequent 12-18 months with the potential to achieve significant tax-free capital gains.
